About the Role:
The Assistant Manager will support the Studio Manager in maintaining day-to-day operations, driving sales, social media management, and client relations. This position will help provide leadership and direction to Front Desk Associates and reports directly to the Studio Manager.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & Sales
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members, and guests.
• Engage in and model leadership responsibilities assigned by Studio Manager.
• Provide clear and direct communication to Front Desk Associates, give feedback, and follow up on execution.
• Drive membership growth through strong client relationships, studio tours, and programmatic personalized follow-up via LoyalSnap.
• Support the Studio Manager in achieving monthly sales and retention goals.
• Educate new and existing clients on class packages, memberships, and promotional offers.
• Manage front desk staff on the weekends.
• Support Studio Manager in training new Front Desk Associates.
• Assist and support management team in execution of in-studio & external events.
Social Media Management
• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content for ACE’s social media platforms to showcase the studio and community.
• Manage weekend social media posts and community management (answer all DMs) ensuring consistent and timely communication across all channels.
• Capture high-quality class content for use in marketing and social media campaigns.
Administrative
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and inventory of the studio, ensuring everything is in working order and proactively addressing repairs.
• Provide support to Front Desk Associates during set-up and changeover of classes.
• Respond to client inquiries, issues, and communications promptly via email, DM’s & phone.
• Support leadership & Studio Manager in the generation of reports and misc. administrative tasks.
• Monitor and maintain studio calendar.
• Perform tasks assigned by Studio Manager as needed.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in a sales-focused role
• Experience with Mariana Tek, Canva, Later, and LoyalSnap is a plus
• Social media content creation experience
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, organized, and energetic
• Available to work 20 hours per week, including Saturdays and
Sunday

Job Description
As an ACE trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with and practice alongside Anneclaire Nelson, an A-list fitness expert who has worked for leading health and fitness brands. If you want to learn from the best of the best and thrive in a team environment that is supportive, positive, and encouraging, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
• Create personal playlists for scheduled physical hours
• Memorize and teach cardio dances, execute content and create arm and abs series
• Arrive 10 minutes before class to greet clients. Guide clients with questions to set up before class starts
• Arrive prepared with class content and/or private training content for scheduled instructing/assisting shifts
• Maintain a positive helpful attitude throughout your time in the studio
• Assist studio team with cleanliness of studio
Commitment Requirements
• Minimum commitment of 5 class hours per week
• Completion of our ACE Training Program
• Bi-weekly staff meeting and training to learn new content every other Tuesday for 2 hours
• Total: 7 hours/week
Semi-professional, professional and/ or additional dance experience required.
Pilates or yoga certification is preferred but not required.
The ACE Training Program is a purposefully designed 8-week curriculum that guides dedicated trainees through a comprehensive progression of protocols. Training is led by Anneclaire Nelson and Deidre Megargle, this immersive experience offers both structure and depth, ideal for aspiring instructors and seasoned movement professionals looking to add to their toolkits. Training is a group process that takes place twice a year, with dates announced on our website and social media channels.
