Each class is crafted to guide you through a layered journey: from high-energy cardio that ignites the heart, to grounded sculpting sequences that build strength and stability, all anchored by mindful breath and rhythm. Our signature formats—Dance, Sweat, and Sculpt—work in harmony to awaken your body, clear your mind, and reconnect you with your power.
Dance Cardio, Reimagined
You don’t have to be a dancer to move at ACE. Flowing, follow-along choreography builds over time, making movement intuitive. It’s energizing, joyful, and deeply engaging.
Sculpt with Strength
 As the rhythm builds, we layer in light weights to sculpt the arms, glutes, and quads—creating strength through dynamic, full-body movement.
Mat Work with a Beat
 Mat sequences are rooted in dance and grounded in strength—sculpting the core, lengthening the body, and staying connected to the rhythm.
Stretch, Reset, Repeat
 Stretching is infused throughout the class to release muscle tension, restore breath, and reenergize your body. This isn’t an afterthought—it’s a core part of the experience.
Start with Intention
We begin every class without weights to awaken the body gently. This early focus on breath and posture sets the tone for a safe, aligned experience.

our story

ACE was born on Sullivan’s Island, SC, in a small studio on the water. For two years, the space served as a laboratory and testing studio where Anneclaire could nurture her creativity and develop the burgeoning modality. As the audience grew, it became time to find a permanent location, and in March 2024 we opened the doors to our state-of-the-art studio at 695 Meeting Street in Charleston.

what should i wear?

Come dressed to sweat! Wear athletic shoes and clothing that allow you to move freely.

do I need to bring a mat?

Mats, towels, and 3-5 lb ankle weights are provided.

why is the workout heated?

Moving in a heated space adds an additional cardio element to the class while warming the muscles. The added heat also creates a sweat factor that aids in the detoxifying of the body while boosting mood and energy.

What role does music play in the workout?

ACE is a dance-based workout driven by music, creating a “dance party while working out” energy. Your heart rate will be raised, and you’ll be singing along. Coming to ACE feels like listening to a fun playlist, dancing, and becoming stronger with your friends.
