We’ve answered all of your questions about how to navigate ACE On-Demand so that you can keep moving, no matter where you are. The platform is designed for all fitness levels, with content for everyone from beginner to advanced.  Our philosophy is “Move for You.” All of the content can be combined or tailored to your fitness goals and level, with Anneclaire as your guide.

‍Where to Begin

For those just starting out, it may be helpful to work through the same three-week Sculpt program as in-studio clients. Our entire community moves in tandem, and together we “learn, progress, and perform.” By the third week, the movements should be natural and instinctive.

Live

Take a class in real-time, direct from our Charleston studio. While you do not need to sign up for these classes, you can navigate to the Live calendar and click “count me in,” which will allow you to add the class to your personal calendar. When it’s time for class to start, go directly to ACE On-Demand and click on the class you are taking. Enter the room and begin.

Workout any time with our regularly updated library of pre-recorded programs and sequences. Learn the dances, perfect your form and create a routine on your schedule. From the homepage, click On-Demand on the top navigation bar. Select the type of workout you want, and start moving.

Do I need equipment to workout at home?

ACE LIVE + VOD classes most often utilize 2 lb ankle weights, 3 lb ankle weights, 3 lb hand weights, and 5 lb hand weights. We will also use yoga blocks, a resistance band, and a pilates ball. Always feel free to use the amount of weight that feels comfortable to you.

Does ACE On-Demand have an app?

Yes! You can find ACE-On Demand in the Apple or Google Play store.

Best practices for streaming live classes

We recommend using the Chrome browser while utilizing ACE On-Demand

Do I need to reserve a spot in live classes, or can I just jump in?

You do not need to reserve a spot in live classes. Feel free to enter or exit at any time. 

How to cast ACE On-Demand to an Apple TV from a Mac?

- Ensure your iOS/iPadOS/macOS is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV. 
- If you have a macOS computer you can use AirPlay to mirror your screen to an Apple TV device that's connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 
- In the top right corner click the AirPlay icon. If you don't see this icon, go to the Apple menu in the upper left corner, then navigate to System Preferences > Displays. Select "Show Mirroring Options" in the menu bar when available. 
- Select your Apple TV. Your TV will begin to mirror your macOS screen. 
- Navigate to ace-ondemand.com and select the VOD/LIVE class in your web browser on your Mac and begin playing the video.
- Put the volume all the way up on your computer, then control volume from there on your TV. 
- To watch your form, turn on your camera and place your computer in a spot where it's filming you. 
- There may be a slight lag when you turn your camera on and/or off - it'll catch up with itself. 
- For optimal full-screen view on your TV, remain in the Speaker view and enter into full-screen on your computer. 
- After class, return to the top right corner of your macOS, click the AirPlay icon and select Stop AirPlay.

How to cast ACE On-Demand to an Apple TV from an iPhone?

- Open the Control Center and tap the Screen Mirroring icon. 
- Select your Apple TV. Open the ACE On-Demand App on your iPhone.
- Join a LIVE class or VOD workout. 
- Ensure the volume is turned all the way up on your iPhone. 
- Turn your iPhone horizontal and remain in the Speaker view. 
- To watch your form, turn on your camera and place the iPhone in a spot where it's filming you. 
- After class, go back to the Control Center, click on the Screen Mirroring icon, and select Stop Mirroring.

How to cast from a PC to a chromecast device?

- Be sure to use the Chrome browser to open www.ace-ondemand.com. 
- Go to the upper right corner and click on Cast. 
- Enter the LIVE or VOD class and begin your workout.

How do I troubleshoot if the connection is glitchy?

Ensure you are connected to a stable WiFi connection and use the Chrome browser if you are joining from a computer.
